What is your return policy?


Please double check your order carefully before you finalize purchase, and when your order is placed and confirmed. Due to high order volumes, and to keep fulfillment & shipping time to a minimum we've had to implement the following 2 policies: We can not accept any order cancellations. We can't make any order edits, adjustments, swaps, etc. to orders once they are placed. Thank you so much for understanding! Returns, Exchanges, Damaged / Defective Products: All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Kool-living within 7 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. Please contact us info@kool-living.com for further details.




Why do some items take longer for shipping?


Some of our items are procured from overseas, e.g. Japan, Hong Kong, China. We try to move as fast as we can to get these items to your doorstep.
